Shopping online is more than just the click of a mouse button. Once you have committed your order to us you should expect to receive your order in a prompt, dependable manner. We at Greener Lumber respect this ideal and will use what we feel are the best methods and shipping partners to send your product to you in good condition with an acceptable time frame.

Unfortunately at this time we only ship within the borders of the United States. We are in the process of investigating the importation laws of other countries where exotic woods are concerned and in the future will be adding other countries to our shipping list.

We utilize UPS for the vast majority of orders shipped and their automated shipping cost calculator is installed on this site. Because of the many different weights and dimensions created when material such as this is ordered there will be times when the estimated shipping cost will deviate enough that we need to contact you concerning the mis-calculated shipping. This being the case we will institute the following shipping policy as it relates to the cost to our customers:

1. In the event that the actual cost of shipping your order is more than what was quoted by the automated shipping cost calculator we
    will contact you by email and or phone to discuss the mis-calculation and give you the opportunity to allow the increased cost to be
    updated in your order or to void your order. During this time your order will be kept on hold. Under no circumstances will we ever
    charge your account before your order ships. If you decide to allow the increased cost to be updated on your order we will do so before
    your account is charged and it will be reflected in the total of the order. If you decide not to continue with the order we will simply void
    the order and your account will not be charged.

2. In the event that the actual cost of shipping your order is less than what was quoted by the automated shipping cost calculator we
    will simply reduce the freight cost on your order total to reflect this lesser cost and continue processing. As above, we will never
    charge your account until your order actually ships. We will most likely not contact you concerning the reduced amount and it will
    show on the included paid invoice slip in your package.

For full length planks and or large orders that UPS won't service we utilize a common carrier. If you have an order that requires a common carrier delivery we will make arrangements for you and contact you with the cost or you may also make your own arrangements to have your material picked up by a carrier of your choice.
