All of us at Greener Lumber want to insure you receive exactly what you expect. We do however
realize that even though online shopping has been around for many years there will be times when
this is not the case. For this reason we will abide by a return policy as explained below.

 1. We except returns on all orders,(except material milled and or processed in any
    manner after receipt by the customer), within 30 days after material has been
    shipped and only with a Return Authorization sent to the customer by Greener Lumber.

 2. The original shipping charges will not be refunded however we will pay for the
    return shipping upon our return authoriziation.

 3. All returned orders will be refunded with an alternative option of material
    exchange or credit on account.

 4. When returns are made, Greener Lumber expects the material to be returned in the
    same condition it was in when shipped.

 5. All returned or cancelled orders will be charged a 15% restocking fee for the total
    amount of the invoice.

Please be in full understanding of this return policy before ordering.

Please inspect the material you receive from Greener Lumber before milling.
There will be no exchanges or refunds for material milled after receipt!
